About me:

I was born and raised in Northern CA. Besides living here, I’ve also spent time on two other continents. Living outside of the country, among different cultures has greatly impacted my perception of people and the world. Currently, I live and work as a psychotherapist in the Bay Areas. I also work with people located elsewhere via tele-health.

My story is that I experienced certain events which opened up the path to become a healer. A few of my traumas, and a near death experience included immense suffering. I’ve used the suffering to inform me about what is important in life. As a teen I’ve dealt with depression and suicidality. At age 18, I wanted to understand the why of all this occurred, and how I was responsible for my experience. How to move from a victim mentality to an empowered mentality was a massive learning curve. I’m here to help others transform in that way. My inner critic was (and still can be) a beast to handle. I’m here to help others alleviate the fear, guilt and shame mindsets that hold them back. In summary, I’ve struggled and embarking on a path of personal well-being. Now, I am firmly grounded me in the career of therapy work. Since my entrance into the mental health field in 2009, I’ve honed skills to facilitate the healing process of others. I want to assist you to ease the suffering life inherently bestows upon us. Sufferable experiences are great opportunities for us to evolve. I’m here to help you on your healing journey. ‍ ‍
